What is near the playgrounds: changing rooms, food, water
Baby care rooms with changing tables are spread throughout the terminal on the same departures level; the nearest one is signposted from every playground, and any information desk will point you to it. Cafes and water fountains cluster around the gate areas, so a snack run does not mean losing sight of the play zone for long. If you have not been assigned a gate yet, head for the playground opposite Gate B3B or Gate A6: both sit close to the central duty-free and food area, so you stay near the heart of the terminal until your gate appears on the screens. The D2 and F5 playgrounds are quieter simply because those piers see fewer wide-body waves at once; they are the better pick when your child melts down in crowds. On domestic connections, the G5 playground is the only option, and conveniently it faces the busiest domestic gate cluster.
A realistic solo-parent layover plan looks like this: security and passport control, gate check on the screens, twenty to forty minutes of playground, toilet and changing stop, water and snack, then a slow walk to the gate with thirty minutes' buffer.
